Improve sizing of emoji delegate

Browse Source 
* Use Kirigami.Units.gridUnit * 2.5 for normal emoji
* Use Kirigami.Units.gridUnit * 3 for custom emoji
* Add small background padding to delegate
* Add rounded hover effect
