8a55db4eb8 Move TypingIndicator to the right side 
So that it's less likely to cover message text.

bbcf4239a4 Use 3 dot typing indicator, clean up code a bit. 
Move TypingIndicator.qml out of ChatBox folder.
It wasn't part of the ChatBox.

fixes #367 by eliding instead of wrapping text
