- Group the imports into Qt, KDE, NeoChat
- Import the latest versions
- Remove unused imports
- Remove unused components
- Unify license header styling

Improve performance of the emoji model

Only display up to 10 emojis when searching
Related to #310 but a better solution needs to be found because we get
the same problem on big room when autocompleting usernames.

Improve consistency of emoji picker

Now use Kirigami.Units and Kirigami.Theme, this also fix at the same
time a few issues on the dark theme.
